COVIDSafe – Welcome back!

To all our wonderful visitors, we are so excited to be opening for some fantastic family fun – which we all need right now! For now, we can only take 20 visitors per session, but this means you’ll have our undivided attention to help you get the most out of our hands-on exhibits! To make sure you don’t miss out – please book online. From this Sunday the 15 th November, we are open Thursdays to Sundays from 10am-4pm.

We are working hard to give you peace of mind during your visit. We still want to provide the awesome hands on experience we are known for, so we carry out a deep clean between every
session. We also ask if you are going to take on our mighty AR climbing wall (highly recommended) bring your own close toed shoes and socks!

With all the uncertainty happening in 2020, please be assured that if you have a booking and need to cancel for any unforeseen reason, simply call or email and we are happy to make alternative
arrangements.

We do ask that you help us to keep this beautiful part of the world safe for our staff and everyone who visits by doing the following:
– wear a mask (everyone 12 years and over)
– sanitise prior to entry (we’ve got everything set up for you)
– use our contactless sign in on arrival – we’re sure everyone is used to using QR codes on their phones by now! Please be assured this information is collected by us – not a third party – and
we will never share or use this information, unless required for contact tracing.
– please don’t come if you have a fever, cough, runny nose, chills, sore throat, shortness of breath or loss of sense of smell. We are happy to help you reschedule when you are well again.
